Welcome to Innopay Ecommerce & Trading FZCO!
This User Agreement governs your access to and use of the Innopay Ecommerce & Trading FZCO platform. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Innopay Ecommerce & Trading FZCO.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up or using Innopay Ecommerce & Trading FZCO, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this User Agreement and any associated policies, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Use of the Platform
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Innopay Ecommerce & Trading FZCO.
- License: innoQ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform for restaurant operations.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
- Content Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of menu items, descriptions, prices, and promotional content uploaded to Innopay Ecommerce & Trading FZCO.
- Copyright Compliance: Merchants must ensure that images, logos, and other uploaded content do not violate any copyright laws.
- Backups: Merchants are encouraged to maintain backups of all uploaded data. We at Innopay Ecommerce & Trading FZCO will make sure your data is regularly backed up at our end. However, innoQ is not responsible for any data loss.
4. Payment Terms
- Free Tier: Initial users may access innoQ for free as per the freemium model.
- Paid Features: For premium features, fees will be detailed on our pricing page. Payments are due as per agreed terms.
· Refund Policy: 6.1 Refunds are governed by the Innopay Ecommerce & Trading FZCO Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before purchasing any paid features.
5. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
- Use innoQ for unlawful purposes.
- Misuse the QR system or payment gateway.
- Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
6. Platform Updates and Changes
Innopay Ecommerce & Trading FZCO reserves the right to:
- Modify features or discontinue the service without prior notice.
- Make updates that may temporarily interrupt access to the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
- All software, branding, and proprietary technology on innoQ are owned by Innopay Ecommerce & Trading FZCO.
- Users are prohibited from copying or redistributing platform elements without permission.
8. Limitations of Liability
Innopay Ecommerce & Trading FZCO is not liable for:
- Losses arising from system downtime or incorrect usage.
- Errors or inaccuracies in merchant-uploaded content.
- Third-party payment processing issues.
9. Termination
- By You: You can terminate your account at any time.
- By InnoQ: Innopay Ecommerce & Trading FZCO may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this agreement or misuse of the platform.
10. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes will be resolved under the laws of emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
